Avery and his colleague (pardon me for forgetting the name) came to my house and in less than an hour, they diagnosed a serious problem I was dealing with. Why they deserve this rating: two consecutive days prior to them coming, I had a different company, which is highly rated, to come and do the same job but guess what, in all the two days, they only created holes in the walls and under the bathtub to no avail. What makes it interesting is that Avery and his colleague, without going to any other room, figured out that the problem was most likely from the laundry room, and they were right. This company will now be my number 1 go to.

My daughter's toilet and washing machine were backing up into the shower, and several plumbers had come out to look but couldn't even find the cleanout access. My son-in-law had just had hand surgery, so he was not able to fix it. I drove down from Tennessee to help fix the problem. However, before I even arrived, Robert, Samuel, and Matthew had found the cleanout and dug up the yard and found a break in the line. So, I enjoyed my visit with my grandbabies without having to work on the plumbing, and the kids got their house fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! This was our fourth plumber to come out… Every company quoted 18k-30k to fully repipe under our home. They couldn’t locate our clean-out pipe either. Robert came out and found it in 5 mins! He found out the issue was actually in our backyard and just some patches needed under our house. Robert, Matthew, and Samuel are absolutely amazing!! Robert vouched for us and found the issue and all of them fixed the issue!!! We went 2 months without plumbing and they fixed the problem in no time at all. They are truly a blessing and their honesty is truly a Godsend. They worked with us and explained everything. They were professional, knowledgeable, and the communication was appreciated. We even won a free turkey and ham today from the draw for Thanksgiving! Such a blessing from God! They are saints and my family is so grateful!

Our water heater gave out while we were away on vacation, and we came home to wet floors and cold showers. Robert did an awesome job getting us up and running with new water heaters. He didn’t just do an install, he helped redo the inlet and outlets with flexibility to isolate either heater in the event of a failure. It went from a daisy-chained, builder quality level, to an efficient setup that pulls from both tanks simultaneously. Great craftsmanship and totally in line with Molberg’s “Plumbing with Probity”.

Over a period of a couple of weeks, we had a bathroom leak fixed, a blocked sewer line repaired, and had removal of the original cast iron pipe and replacement of proper piping at correct drainage slope. The plumbers, Andrew and Samuel, were very pleasant to work with. They are efficient and knowledgeable and patient with answering questions we had. The office staff is also very nice and professional. We highly recommend Molberg Plumbing.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I called with an emergency at around 5:00 p.m. My bath and shower and toilets were all backing up, and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and very reassuring. Then Avery, our plumbing technician, arrived within about 45 minutes. He was friendly, polite, courteous, and professional. He was able to fix the problem very quickly, and explain to me what he was doing. He was very honest about the service he provided, and what he had NOT needed to do and therefore not charge for. My husband was out of town and I would not have known the difference. We were fixed by 6:00 p.m.! Cannot speak highly enough of Avery and the company. Thank you!
